How do I order a car wash?

What should I do the day of my appointment?

First, it is a good idea to remove object from areas you want clean in your car. empty it out if possible. Be ready to give us your car key during the duration of your car detailing. Let the auto detailing technician know if you have water and electricity available in your house or work. If you leave in an apartment let us know if there is a car wash area where we could do your vehicle.

From us, expect a text letting you know we are on our way.  In some cases, we are behind on our schedule. When this happens, we are going to make sure to let you know. If this is a problem, you can definitely reschedule. It is always good to allow a good 2 hour block around your appointment time in case we are behind or ahead of schedule.

Can I cancel my request?

It is not usual, but it happens. When you book an appointment with us, you will get an email confirmation of the appointment. You will be able to cancel or reschedule your mobile detailing appointment free of charge. However, if you decide to let us know by text or call at the very last minute. We ask you to leave us a voice mail and a text message. This way, we won’t have to head your way if we don’t have to. If you paid in advanced, we could give you a refund if you don’t wish to reschedule as long as we got advanced enough notice (at least two hours before the appointment time).


Can I pay with cash?

You can pay with cash, credit card, debit card, Venmo, Zelle, Cash app, and with a copy of your ID and signing an agreement even a check. However, if we are coming to you, we ask you to pay with card only if it is your only option.


Should I pick up my trash and things from the car?

Overall, we do not require you pick up trash or your things from the car. However, if you have valuables or large things on the car that accumulate dirt or are hard to move, we recommend you to take them out. This will guarantee we make the best detailing job we can make.


Is my payment secure?

We process our credit card payments with a Square reader. I personally like Zelle, Cash App and Venmo and think they are super safe.


How can I contact my detailer?

You may contact your detailer by calling, texting, or emailing. In fact, you can have us contact you.


Do I need to Tip my detailer?

Gratuity is not required, but it is appreciated.


What if I’m not satisfied with my service?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service we want to fix it. Therefore, please check your car before we leave, and after we leave. if you see something you don’t like tell us. However, if we left then call us right away. We understand that it is not easy to complaint sometimes directly to your detailer. If you do not want to complaint directly with the person that worked on your car ask for Diana Ghersy, our customer service manager. If you wish another detailer to be assigned to you to fix the issue she will do that for you.
