Premium ceramic Coating care: Nasiol NL272 Package Image

Nasiol NL272 Package Image

Ceramic coating care:Thank you for applying Ceramic Coating with Car Spa Orlando. We applied one coat of  Nano Layer 272 Ceramic Coating by Nasiol. We recommend Ceramic Coating because it fuses with the paint, which results in a stronger coating. That means you are less likely to see scratches or damages in the future. The coating will also make it difficult for dirt and other debris to stick to the surface, making washes less demanding.

THE CURING PROCESS

During the curing process the coating is still soft and can be weakened. It requires 48 hours to cure and we do not recommend the car is taking out of the garage during this time. NL272 fully cures in this time. Protect the surface from abrasion, water, dew and other chemicals for the first 24 hours. The following are more of the few to be avoided during this time.

·        Washing, raining, sprinklers.

·        Parking outdoor or under a tree.

·         Allowing bird droppings, sap or pollen to sit on the car and bake in the sun.

·        Mechanically or chemically abrading the paint.

PRINCIPLES SPECIFIC TO THE CARE CERAMIC COATING

WASH & DRY

Ceramic coating care when washing: Use premium microfiber towels, non-abrasive chemicals or materials, and eco-friendly car soap. Follow the two-bucket method to better maintain the integrity of the coating. At Car Spa Orlando we can take care of your vehicle on a monthly or bi-weekly basis and will maintain your ceramic coating with a special shampoo, and a coat conditioning application to make it last longer for the same price regular customers pay for a normal regular wash.

DON’T GO TO AN AUTOMATED CAR WASH.

Ceramic Coating care warnings: Automatic car washes can inflict swirl marks or deep scratches on your car. Also, if there’s chemical failure in their lines they can result in chemical stains to your finish.

If you’re following the basic car-washing principles we’ve outlined above, you’ll be well on your way to maintaining your long-term paint protection. But here are some additional principles that are specific to the care of a Ceramic Coating.

DO NOT WASH YOUR VEHICLE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF APPLICATION.

You need to give Ceramic Coating time to fully cure on your vehicle. If you wash or otherwise agitate the surface, that can inhibit the curing process.

IMMEDIATELY REMOVE ANY BIRD-DROPPING, BUG-SPLATTER, OR TREE-SAP.

Ceramic Coatings are not indestructible. Natural acidic contaminants can damage them and reduce their life-span. That means you should still remove any bird-dropping, bug-splatter, or tree-sap immediately. You might want to keep in your car some kind of quick detailer, and remember to blot as opposed to wipe, to minimize swirls and scratching in your finish.

DON’T WIPE YOUR FILM OR COATING WHEN IT IS DRY.

Make sure that the surface is hydrated in the process of wiping.

DO NOT USE AGGRESSIVE FORCE OR AGGRESSIVE CHEMICALS.

Always be gentle with coatings, just like you’d be gentle with factory paint. Furthermore, be sure to keep aggressive chemicals like bug and tar removers off your coating. These can cause damage and shorten the lifespan of the product.

A few basic maintenance steps to maximize coating performance and to ensure your investment is long lasting.
